Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange as per the guidelines below.
General Return & Exchange Guidelines
• Return/Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
o The tags are removed.
o The product is damaged, washed, or worn.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges for customized or final sale items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a refund.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return Request
o Email us at carespanfashions@gmail.com with the order details and a clear image of the product in its original packaging.
2. Pick-Up & Inspection
o Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pick-upthrough our logistics partners within 3-5 business days.
o The item will be inspected for compliance with our return policy.
3. Refund Process
o If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date we receive the product.
4.We do not accept returns/exchanges for customized or final sale items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow these steps:
1. Repack the product securely in its original packaging.
2. Send an exchange request via email with details of the product and the required size/color.
3. Pick-up & Processing
o We will arrange a pick-up within 3-5 business days.
o Your new exchange item will be shipped within 3 business days after the return is received and approved.
4. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated instead.
Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders:
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method(bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) used during purchase.
• Refund amount will exclude any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
• It may take 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
• Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to the customer’s bank account via NEFT/IMPS.
• Customers need to provide bank account details when submitting a refund request.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with product images and order details.
• We will arrange a free return pick-up and offer a full refund or free replacement, as per the customer’s preference.
Important Notes
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days from the date of delivery.
• We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
• Refunds will not be processed for items that fail our quality check after return.
